Waltraut Stölben

Born in Germany where she studied Social Pedagogy. Living in Peru for 36 years in different Andean communities in the Cusco region, since then conducting research and workshops on culture, health and ecology issues. Promoter of the Wiñaypaq school since 2008. Founding member of the Wiñaypaq Association.

Alonso Del Rio Merino

Born in Lima, he studied Literature. He spent many years in the Amazon and in the Andes researching the ancestral wisdom of native peoples. As a musician, filmmaker and author he has published 15 music albums, 2 books on Andean culture, 2 documentaries and a fiction feature film. Founding member of the Wiñaypaq Association.

Fiorella Mora

Born in the town Taray, province of Calca. She is a psychologist with a specialty in education, an English teacher and has training in Waldorf Pedagogy. She has supported the Wiñaypaq project since its inception. She has been working since 2010 as a primary school teacher and has been taking over the management since 2025.

Maribel Ochoa Nina

Born in the province of Calca. Art teacher by training, with several years of experience as a teacher in a Waldorf Pedagogy kindergarten. Shee has been working at Wiñaypaq since 2018.
